Overview

The report describes DOVISTA Group's social-responsibility framework, built around group policies, environmental initiatives, product usefulness and long-term stakeholder relationships. It reports a workforce of more than 3100 employees and highlights training, occupational safety and anti-corruption expectations. For 2012, aggregate Group energy consumption was reduced by 9% from 2010, while carbon emissions fell 2.5% over the same period. More than 40% of aggregate energy consumption was covered by production wood waste and more than 80% of waste was recycled.
