Overview

The report describes Dow's 2019 sustainability performance across climate protection, circular economy, safer materials, employees and communities. It reports 2019 Scope 1 emissions of 27.6 million metric tons CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 6.05 million metric tons CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 91.4 million metric tons CO2e. The company also announced longer-term carbon-reduction and plastic-waste goals and reported progress against its 2025 Sustainability Goals. The report was prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Comprehensive option and serves as Dow's UN Global Compact Communication on Progress.
