Sustainability Report

The report says the company refreshed its materiality assessment after gathering stakeholder responses, and reports 14,341 employees and 29,343 ENERGY STAR-certified homes closed in fiscal 2025. It completed its first independent limited-assurance engagement for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, reporting 43,348 mt CO2e in Scope 1 and 65,111 mt CO2e location-based and 67,876 mt CO2e market-based Scope 2. Scope 3 calculation remained underway, with first public disclosure anticipated for fiscal 2026.
