Annual Report

The report presents HMG's 2022 growth across hospitals, pharmacies and HMG Solutions, including SAR 8.3 billion group revenue and a workforce of more than 14,000. It highlights the launch of the Go Green initiative, with priorities spanning energy, water, recycling, medical waste and transport. The ESG roadmap's benchmarking and materiality assessment phases were completed, while strategy formulation and comprehensive ESG reporting remained future steps. Medical education and community programs also expanded, including more than SAR 15 million of medical services for patients in need.
