Overview

The report presents Drax's 2024 consolidated emissions, energy, workforce and safety performance. Group total Scope 1 emissions were 266 ktCO2e and Group total Scope 3 emissions were 2,867 ktCO2e, alongside 41,521 GWh of total energy consumption. The workforce comprised 3,243 Group employees, while fatalities among employees and contractors were zero. PwC provided limited assurance over key ESG metrics, with Bureau Veritas separately assuring selected biomass metrics.
