Overview

The report presents DRB-HICOM's first ISSB Sustainability Statement, applying IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 climate-related disclosures for the 2025 reporting period. Group-wide performance included 2,228,187 GJ of energy consumption, 10.9% renewable energy share, 71,234 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 233,001 tonnes CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions. The workforce totaled 37,616, with 35% women in management and 33% women on the Board. The Group recorded one work-related fatality but zero confirmed corruption incidents.
