Annual Report

The report highlights the company’s inaugural Net Zero by 2035 Action Plan, covering Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2035 and select Scope 3 emissions by 2050. It also reports substantial completion of 15 solar projects with over 10 MW of renewable energy and continued green-building activity. Dream Industrial completed its first GRESB assessment and scored full marks across Leadership, Policies, Reporting, Targets, and Data Monitoring and Review. Social highlights include women representing 50% of employees and 25% of trustees.
