Sustainability Report

The report presents 2013-2014 sustainability performance under GRI G4 and independent verification by BSD Consulting. It reports 5,099 employees at the end of 2014, 23.1 million tonnes of coal exports and COP $3,37 billones in 2014 coal-export value. It records no fatal accidents in either year, alongside 4,666 hectares in conservation and 140 hectares reforested. The report also details materiality analysis, community programs, human-rights training and environmental monitoring.
