Sustainability Report

The report describes Firmenich's FY11 transition to Embrace 2015, including absolute CO2 and water goals and a renewable-energy goal. It reports 2,122,853.40 GJ total energy, 155,516.00 tonnes total CO2 emissions, and 30,959.19 tonnes of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. The company also presents its first Scope 3 assessment at 520,000 tonnes of CO2, with purchased goods and services representing approximately 75%. SGS independently assured the report at a moderate level of scrutiny and concluded it met GRI G3.1 C+.
