Overview

The report describes DTE Energy's 2016 sustainability performance across climate, renewable energy, employees, communities, and environmental stewardship. It highlights commitments to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from electric generation by 75 percent below 2005 levels by 2040 and 80 percent by 2050. DTE also generated or contracted for more than 3.4 million MWh of renewable electricity and met the 10 percent renewable energy standard for 2016.
