The report presents DFM's inaugural Sustainability Report for 2018, prepared in accordance with GRI Standards: Core option and covering DFM PJSC and DFM Stock Exchange. It highlights a 58% female workforce, 164 employees, 36 average training hours per employee, and formation of the DFM Women's Council.
