The report presents DNI's 2025 integrated financial, ESG and governance performance, including AED 560.5 million revenue, 14,879.37 GJ energy consumption, 1,493.01 MtCO2e GHG emissions, 15,118.01 m3 water consumption and 167 employees. It describes a double-materiality-informed ESG strategy, board and committee oversight, digitalization, responsible procurement, employee development and community initiatives. It also reports 50% workforce gender diversity, 94% local suppliers and zero bribery and customer privacy breaches.
