The report records 9.3% revenue growth in the 52 weeks to 2 July 2011, alongside continued investment in new stores and the online business. Its CSR section says the proportion of waste sent to landfill fell from 50% to 32%, while like-for-like electricity and gas use declined by 6.3% and 20%, respectively. The company also reports achieving Carbon Trust Standard certification for its carbon-footprint reduction and management.
