Integrated Report

The report is JR East's first integrated report, covering most information for fiscal 2020 and presenting financial and non-financial performance. It highlights the Zero Carbon Challenge 2050 objective to achieve net-zero CO2 emissions in railway operations by FY2051. The report also describes ESG initiatives across safety, society, employees, and governance, and reports Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions using the GHG Protocol.
