The report presents Eastern Bank's 2010 sustainability approach as inclusive banking focused on people, planet and responsible business practices. It highlights BDT 290 million of financing for solar energy, bio-gas and effluent treatment projects, including a 12MW solar-panel assembly plant intended to benefit remote communities.
