Annual Report

The report describes sustainability as embedded in the Bank's strategy, with the Board overseeing sustainability policies and CSR and a Green Banking Cell coordinating initiatives. It reports 2016 environmental and social actions, including reduced paper use, environmental-risk appraisal, and 10,505 training days. Human-capital disclosures cover 2,671 employees, diversity, training, and employee development. Community investment and CSR expenditure totaled BDT 31.94 million in 2016.
