The report describes Ebusco's difficult 2025 transition from an OEM to an OED production model, with production and assembly increasingly outsourced to contract manufacturers. Group revenue rose to €76.6 million, while the workforce was reduced to 315 people, including 282 FTEs, at year-end. Sustainability disclosures include a GHG inventory prepared under the GHG Protocol, Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and a Scope 3 Category 4 figure.
