ESG Report

The report says Echo Group reduced its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 62% since launching its ESG strategy in 2023 and calculated value-chain Scope 3 emissions for the first time in 2024. It also describes life-cycle assessments of selected projects and actions to increase renewable-energy use. At the end of 2024, the Group employed 660 staff members, and women represented 58% of its workforce. The report describes its stakeholder-informed double materiality assessment as the basis for identifying ESG priorities.
