Overview

The report describes Econocom's 2020 CSR priorities across its workforce, circular-economy partnerships and digital environmental performance. The Group reported 9,240 employees at 31 December 2020 and highlighted programmes supporting gender balance, employee development and inclusion. It also reported that 88% of reconditioned IT equipment was processed by social and solidarity-economy partners. Its digital technology energy footprint was 5,388 MWh/year in 2020, following a reported 18% year-on-year reduction.
