Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report covers FY2018, from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018, and describes CSR governance, employee, customer, society and environment, and supplier activities. It reports a workforce of 1,700 people from over 68 nationalities, with gender balance of 49,81% female and 50,19% male, and highlights onboarding and competency training. Community activities included donating over 1,125 IT items and supporting local charities, while environmental actions addressed energy use, waste, travel and paper reduction. Supply-chain policies addressed slavery and human trafficking, with supplier certificates based on the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact.
