The report presents FY23 as a year of record bookings, stronger profitability and continued Prime subscription growth. The company expanded its workforce to 1,442 employees and delivered 45,977 hours of training. Environmental progress included 100% green-energy suppliers across offices, a fourth consecutive year of carbon neutrality for direct operations and greener-choice emissions information on 100% of customer flight searches. The report also updates its ESG materiality analysis using an explicitly stated double-materiality methodology.
