ESG Report

The report covers the Fund's 2022 ESG activities across environmental, social and governance topics, including energy, emissions, water, waste, climate resilience and employee diversity. It reports 5,149 tCO2e of total GHG emissions, 43,651 m3 of water consumption and 2,600 tonnes of waste, while absolute energy consumption increased 14% and like-for-like consumption decreased 13%. The Fund achieved a four-star GRESB rating and an 86/100 score in 2022. Its environmental sustainability performance measures were independently assured, covering energy, water, GHG emissions and waste.
