The report documents EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4's improved 2023 sustainability performance, including a 5-out-of-5-star GRESB result, up from four stars in 2022. The company also conducted CRREM analysis for all assets and developed a Net Zero Roadmap during 2023. Its environmental performance measures were independently assured through Markit Group Limited (IHS Markit, now part of S&P Global), engaged by EVORA.
