ESG Report

The report describes a 21% reduction in total GHG emissions in 2025 versus 2024, alongside continued renewable-energy and efficiency measures across the portfolio. The Fund reports a GRESB score of 86 out of 100 and a 4-star rating, as well as Green Star and Sector Leader recognition. It also reports that 10 of 11 assets held valid BREEAM In-Use certification in 2025. ESG governance was strengthened through ESG Committee oversight, climate-risk review, and ongoing Net Zero Roadmap implementation.
