Consolidated Statement of Non-Financial Information and Sustainability Information

The report is Elecnor Group's first consolidated sustainability statement prepared in accordance with CSRD and ESRS. It reports 2024 gross emissions of 98,972.42 t CO2eq for Scope 1, 1,403.98 t CO2eq for market-based Scope 2 and 476,952.65 t CO2eq for Scope 3, alongside total energy consumption of 404,164.91 MWh. The Group set absolute emissions-reduction targets of 23.8% by 2030 and 37% by 2034 from a 2023 base year, with a 2050 net-zero commitment. Workforce disclosures include 24,655 employees and 21% women on the Board.
