Overview

The report describes 2009 sustainability as integral to the Group's strategy, with ISO 14001 environmental management across all production sites. Group energy consumption fell to 125,300 MWh, water consumption was 87,200 m3, CO2 equivalents were 13,700 metric tons, and waste fell to 23,200 metric tons. It also reports a reduction in work-related accidents to 147 and participation in the Carbon Disclosure Project.
