Overview

The report covers 2016 Group sustainability performance, including 104,200 metric tons of direct and indirect CO2 emissions, 298,100 MWh of energy consumption, 54,200 metric tons of waste and 188,918 m3 of water consumption. It reports 8,591 employees, zero work-related fatalities and 14.5% women in managerial positions. It also describes ISO 14001 environmental certification, ISO 50001 energy-management certification in Europe and social programs supporting education, youth development and inclusion.
