Annual Report

The report describes ElvalHalcor's 2025 performance as a year of resilient financial results, continued investment and expanded sustainability disclosure. Consolidated revenue reached EUR 3,614.5 million, while the Group pursued 2030 emissions targets against a 2019 baseline and a net-zero commitment for 2050. The sustainability statement reports Group-level Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, energy consumption, water consumption, waste, workforce and health-and-safety indicators under ESRS and GHG Protocol methodologies. The report also reproduces PwC's limited assurance report on the consolidated Sustainability Statement.
