Overview

The report presents Emira Property Fund's integrated economic, social and environmental performance for the year ended 30 June 2014. The company reported a portfolio of 141 properties and a direct STREM staff complement of 20. Its carbon inventory covered Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 sources, with total emissions of 184 839,33 tonnes CO2e, of which Scope 2 represented 180 534,67 tonnes CO2e.
