First Sustainability Report

The report is EIC's first sustainability report covering 2020 and UAE operations only, and it presents the company's initial ESG framework and stakeholder materiality topics. It highlights pandemic-driven operational changes, including work from home for 70% of staff for eight months, lower electricity use, estimated 12 TCO2E from company petrol, and 1,666 m3 of non-drinking water consumption. Social disclosures include 306 employees at period end and women representing 37% of the workforce, while the report states it was prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option but had not fully adopted them.
