Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes EITC's 2017 sustainability framework built around delivering ICT benefits, making people and communities happier, and operating ethically and responsibly. Highlights include the launch of Virgin Mobile UAE, Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reporting, hybrid and solar network initiatives, and reduced diesel consumption. Community efforts included achieving a 10,000-hour volunteering target and distributing more than 16,000 food boxes. The report was prepared in accordance with the GRI G4 Standards using the Comprehensive option.
