The report describes e&’s acquisition of a controlling stake in PPF Telecom, extending its footprint into four Central and Eastern European markets. It launched a Climate Transition Plan with SBTi-validated 2030 targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 43% and Scope 3 emissions by 25% from a 2022 baseline. Its first double materiality assessment refined the sustainability agenda to 15 material topics.
