Overview

The report describes Emmi's 2011-2012 sustainability activities, with a focus on energy efficiency, resource use, environmental management and employee protection. It reports 39% less CO2 and a 20% reduction in waste volumes in 2012 compared with 2011 in Switzerland. The report also presents Emmi's sustainability organisation, including a Group-level Sustainability Steering Committee and sustainability core team. SGS independently assured selected GRI disclosures, and the report states compliance with GRI reporting level C+.
