Sustainability Report

The report presents Emmi's sustainability approach through four priorities: energy and resources, packaging, milk and ingredients, and employees. For its Swiss production sites, it reports 2014 total energy consumption of 331.4 GWh and highlights efficiency and resource-reduction measures. It also reports that women represented 22.2% of the Board of Directors.
