Annual Report

The report describes how the company maintained operational continuity across Chile, Colombia and Peru during the COVID-19 pandemic while prioritizing worker, customer and contractor safety. It also presents a renewed purpose centered on access to energy solutions, quality of life, sustainable development and stakeholder value. The sustainability section sets out principles covering community energy development, customer and environmental reliability, safe operations and quality employment. At year-end, the company reported 2,204 direct personnel across its three operating countries.
