Sustainability Report

The report describes ENDESA's 2019 progress toward a lower-carbon energy model, including reductions in absolute and specific CO2 emissions and continued renewable capacity growth. It reports 2,198 training sessions, 402,953 training hours and an average of 40.5 training hours per employee. The company also recorded one fatal accident involving own personnel and continued Board-level sustainability oversight. Community programmes generated 1,070,620 direct beneficiaries across 203 projects, supported by 12.5 million euro of social investment.
