Consolidated Annual Financial Report

The report describes Endesa's accelerated pathway to complete decarbonisation by 2040, supported by renewable generation, grid digitalisation and electrification. It reports 2021 Scope 1 emissions of 10,702,129 Tonnes (t), Scope 2 location-based emissions of 470,773 Tonnes (t), and Scope 3 emissions of 21,737,472 Tonnes (t). The workforce totalled 9,258 employees at year-end, while women represented 36.4% of the Board of Directors. The report also details implementation of the EU Taxonomy and uses TCFD, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, UN Global Compact and UN Guiding Principles references in its sustainability disclosures.
