Integrated Annual Report

The report shows that the company completed its coal phase-out in 2022, becoming the first Chilean electricity company to eliminate coal from its generation mix. Renewable capacity represented 76% of total net installed capacity, while the group continued expanding its renewable portfolio and energy-transition activities. Workforce development was also a major focus, with training reaching 98.5% of employees and totaling 131,891 hours.
