Overview

The report presents EPCL's 2012 sustainability performance around its core values, with a strong focus on water conservation and community investment. It reports water withdrawal of 3454747.68 m3/annum and GHG emissions of 336714.9 T/Annum of CO2. Realized community initiatives included two hydropower units in Kalam and Jalband, benefiting about 2,300 people, plus a demand-based irrigation system in Galiat, Abbottabad.
