Consolidated Sustainability Statements

The report presents Eni's consolidated sustainability performance for 2013 within a 2011-2013 trend. Direct GHG emissions fell to 47,299,618 tons CO 2 eq, while the reported Scope 3 figure was 282.922 Mtons CO 2 eq. The workforce reached 82,289 employees, and women represented 14.0% of the boards of directors of Eni Group companies. Safety performance improved, although the report recorded four fatal employee accidents and two involving contractors.
