Sustainability Performance Report

The report describes Eni's 2020 sustainability performance across climate, energy, people, safety and environmental management. Gross Scope 1 emissions were 37.76 million tonnes CO2eq., while total energy consumed was 12.8 million toe. Year-end employment was 30,775 people, and the company reported one work-related fatality. The report also details water withdrawals and discharges, waste generation, human-rights training, anti-corruption controls and a net-zero emissions target covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2050.
