Overview

The report describes a challenging 2023 for Entra, with rental income rising to NOK 3 418 million while higher financing costs reduced net income from property management. The company completed five development projects and continued its environmental strategy, including a 70% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for the management portfolio by 2030.
