Sustainability Report

The report describes EOG's 2021 U.S. operating sustainability performance, including a 50% reduction in methane emissions percentage since 2019 and achievement of the 0.06% methane target. It reports 389,865 metric tons CO2e of Scope 2 emissions and a net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 ambition by 2040. The report also highlights that 91% of water was sourced from reuse or nonfreshwater sources and provides workforce, diversity, and safety metrics for 2,697 U.S. employees.
