Annual Report

The report describes E.ON's 2015 separation into two independent companies, with E.ON focused on renewables, energy networks and customer solutions and Uniper on conventional energy. It highlights the commissioning of two offshore wind farms, Amrumbank West and Humber Gateway, as well as more than EUR 10 billion invested in wind, solar and bioenergy projects through 2015. Group carbon emissions from power and heat generation were 76.8 million metric tons in 2015, nearly 20 percent lower year on year, as generation output and carbon intensity declined.
