Overview

The report presents E.ON's 2024 integrated financial and sustainability performance, including its first ESRS-based Sustainability Statement, validated climate targets, detailed emissions and energy data, and external assurance. It reports 2024 Group sales of EUR 80,119 million and 76,566 core-workforce FTEs. E.ON also reports 43% renewable energy in total consumption, 50% emissions-reduction targets by 2030, and climate neutrality for Scopes 1 and 2 by 2040. KPMG provided limited assurance over the Sustainability Report and reasonable assurance over selected disclosures.
