Sustainability Report

The report presents eQ Group's 2025 sustainability work across investment, environmental, social and governance themes. It reports that all personnel completed Sustainable Investing at eQ training, while the Group had 119 people in employment relationships at year-end. The Board comprised six directors, including two women (33%), and eQ Group used exclusively renewable energy for its own electricity consumption. In real estate, eQ had set a carbon-neutral in-use energy target for 2030, while the report itself had not been externally validated.
