Sustainability Report (Highlights)

The report highlights 91% renewable energy coverage in 2020, 6,600 GWh total energy consumption and 1,633,000 mtCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. It reports $2.8M in community donations, 9,300+ volunteer hours and 100% participation by 55 senior leaders in inclusive-leadership assessments and coaching. Governance highlights include 30% women board members and ESG oversight through the Board's Governance Committee. Selected energy and emissions metrics were externally verified to limited-assurance ISO 14064-3 standards, while the report itself had no external assurance.
