Integrated Annual Report

The report presents ERG's second CSRD/ESRS-compliant Sustainability Statement, covering the Group's 2025 performance and double-materiality assessment. It reports gross Scope 1, location- and market-based Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, alongside a 2040 net-zero commitment and SBTi-approved reduction targets. The company had 672 employees at year-end, with women representing 31.4% of the workforce and six of twelve Board members. Sustainability performance also included 87% renewable energy in total consumption, 84% waste recovery and zero work-related fatalities for the combined internal and third-party workforce.
