Overview

The report describes a transformational FY22 following EROAD's Coretex merger, which increased scale and expanded the platform across North America, Australia and New Zealand. Consolidated revenue rose to $114.9m, while the company continued investing in capability, research and development, and integration. FY22 also marked EROAD's inaugural Sustainability Report, launch of a Sustainability Policy, and completion of its base-year carbon measurement ahead of planned TCFD reporting.
