Overview

The report presents Erste Bank Croatia’s 2023 non-financial performance, prepared in accordance with the GRI 2016 Core option and scoped to EBC without consolidated companies. It reports 2,611 active employees, including 1,913 women, and describes expanded diversity, wellbeing and training initiatives. Environmental highlights include 100% renewable electricity and 1,586 tCO2e of 2023 emissions, alongside ISO 14001 recertification and new solar plants. Social programmes supported start-ups and non-profit organizations, while sponsorships and donations reached nearly EUR 2.4 million.
